"Another Satisfied C. Speck Motors Customer"

My name is Bob Duda.  My wife, Jessica, and I live in Ephrata Washington.

 

About a year and a half ago we were considering buying new vehicles.  My father in law, Fred Schutt, who lives in Sunnyside Washington, suggested that we go to C. Speck Motors, Inc. in Sunnyside.  We were hesitant to do business so far away from the town we live in. 

 

My wife made the initial contact with C. Speck motors and worked with the owner of the company Katy Moore. Before the day was over Katy had helped us purchase a brand new Tahoe.  Six months later we went down to C. Speck Motors and met with Katy Moore and Steve Speck about a new pickup.  Before the day was over we had purchased a new pickup.

 

As we mentioned earlier in this e-mail, we were hesitant to purchase a vehicle so far away from our home town.  Needless to say, buying our vehicles from C. Speck Motors, Inc. was the best vehicle purchasing decision we have made.

 

We own and operate an independent insurance agency in Quincy Washington and we just started our 30th year in business.  We know how important it is to be friendly and kind and that good service is a must if you want to be successful.

 

Our experience with C. Speck Motors, Inc. has been outstanding.  We can't say enough about the way we have been treated.  When we go into C. Speck, it is like we are the most important people in the building; from the owner Katy Moore, to the sales reps, to the service personal. 

 

We wanted you to know how much we appreciate owner Katy Moore, sales representative Steve Speck, and service manager Jim Atkins, as well as Angel Castaneda and Joey Aranda who work in the service department. From the way they greet you on the phone, to the goodbye when we leave, it is always a pleasant experience.

Not to be forgotten are the vehicles we purchased, they have been fantastic!  Thank you for putting out such a great product!
